Orders will be filled
the same or next business day unless notified otherwise.
Orders placed after 1pm (PST) on Friday will ship Monday.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please
email us at if you have any problems with your order.

We do not ship to
P.O. Boxes (since we ship Fedex Ground). In addition,
orders returned due to wrong submitted address may be re-shipped at
buyers expense.

Items may be returned for any reason within 15 days from invoice date. Returned product must include all original packaging, manuals and accessories, and be in original condition.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If item(s) appear to be damaged from shipping, please notify us immediately so that we may file a claim with
our carrier. All item(s) should be kept in their received state so that a Carrier Inspector may inspect the damages if required. Upon confirmation of the claim, product will be replaced.

Returned merchandise (for any reason) must be sent POSTAGE PAID. No CODs will be
accepted (except for Audio 4 Industry Products)..

These guidelines have been established so that we may continue to provide our customers the best product at the best price.

Most items are FED-EX Ground (typically 1-5 business days).
Some items may be shipped UPS Ground.
[INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS]
Unfortunately, we have been forced to
discontinue shipments to Canada. There are just
too many variables, and we ended up losing money on many transactions
due to excessive broker and duty fees on the larger/heavier
product. When billed to the customer, many customers would not
pay and we were held liable. We WILL ship smaller accessory
items to Canada. However, we cannot be held liable for
delivery once we have shipped the item.
WE WELCOME MOST OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Of course, international
shipping will be higher. Please e-mail us for a quote. Please note
that all product is rated for 110V input, and all implied warranties are
not valid outside the United States. International orders are not
returnable or refundable. Some product cannot be shipped
internationally due to size limitations. International
customers are responsible for any customs fees or problems concerning
importing in their country, including shipments lost by the carrier
(since some countries do not allow for insurance). Note: We
reserve the right to accept only International Money Orders
in lieu of a credit card for any international order.
